Rates
There are two double bedrooms so the house sleeps a maximum of four people. Linen and towels are provided. Minimum of 2 nights.

long weekends, Christmas / new year etc. - Children – under 12 years of age an extra $50 is added to total booking fee to cover laundry and cleaning for 2nd bedroom. Over 12 years adult rates apply.
- Babies – Portacot and high chair available on request at no extra charge.
- Toddler (not using 2nd bed) – Single mattress on floor available at no extra charge (bring own bedding)
- Prices include GST.
- Sorry, no pets. Smoking OK outside.

- Payment of 50% on booking, balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Master, no amex), direct deposit or cheque. No refunds after payment but dates can be rescheduled with 7 days or more notice.
